Our pricing varies depending on the type of cleaning service, frequency, and size of your home. For a more accurate quote, please contact us with your specific cleaning needs and schedule. We’ll be happy to provide you with a personalized estimate.

We ask that you take a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to “pick up.” This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, tabletops, etc.
If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, simply call the office within 24 hours and we will come back and reclean the area free of charge. The cleaning technicians must be allowed to come back into the home within 1 business day, and usually are able to return the same day. Please note we do not offer cash refunds or money off the cleaning, but we will 100% return and clean it.
Typically, our cleaning team provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have specific cleaning product preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance. We’ll discuss any specific product or equipment needs with you during the scheduling process to ensure we’re prepared for your cleaning appointment.
We love your furry friends! To keep them safe and happy while we clean, please find a cozy spot for them to relax. We would also appreciate it if you could scoop and dispose of any pet waste before our visit.
Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed cleaning service provider, offering peace of mind to our clients and our team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our company understands that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning service. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Our cleaning team members may not speak English fluently. However, we’ll ensure that the team leader or supervisor is available to communicate with you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
We strive to provide consistency and familiarity with our cleaning services. While we can’t guarantee the same team every time, we’ll do our best to send the same team members whenever possible. We assure you that all our team members are highly trained to maintain our high standards and ensure consistency in our cleaning services.
No, you don’t have to be home when we come to clean. We understand your busy schedule and can work with you to arrange a convenient time. Just ensure we have access to your home and any necessary instructions or keys.
Our company is fully insured, providing complete protection and peace of mind for our clients. In the unlikely event of an accident, our insurance coverage will apply.

While never expected, tips are always appreciated and welcome for our hardworking and dedicated cleaning team. If you’re delighted with their service, a tip is a wonderful way to show your gratitude!
